The Village. Clerk preserited an affidavit showing pub-
lication of notice of' hearing ,on the proposed assessment

for street Improvement No.3 ';in the New :ar ighton Bulletin
on SePt.. 27 _4 on.., '1962 , .in accordance
with the resolution adopted September 24" 1962, 'which affidavit was
~..mifted, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
. Clerk of the Village of Arden Bills, Ramsey County, Minnesota,
do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
