The meeting was c~lled to order by Mayor Asnbach at 8110 p.m.

appearsd to request the rezoning from residential to light industry

Corp. to build a 200.000 sq~ ft, bUilding tor their oomputor diVision.

Mr. Harris stated that Control Data Corp. has a 60 day option on said
property which would expil'e October 20, 19...2.
Trustee crepeau moved that the Village Atty. initiate action for ~
public hear~DS on rezoning to be held on Septem06~ 108 1902, at
the Village !~11 = secon~ed by Trustee Olmen = motion ca~riedo
Referred to the Planned Development Commiasion to meet with the
Planning and Zoning Committee before said hearing dateo
Sanitary Sewer Petition
Mr. ~arri9 requested thnt sanitary sewer be available for immediate
use at the completion of the building.

for sanitary sewer systemo Wm. Banister requested a meeting with tho

as attached and presented by Atty. Salland. to provide sanitary sewer
faoilities for Control ~ata Corp. = seconded by Trustee Olmen =

from the villa~e to construct a sewer line over the Villars easement,
#3017. which is on the ~1'old Schroeder property, 3167 Shoreline Lane.

tha t this easeIf.ent ls no longer needed by the village beoause of the

Mr.. Vessey requested an interpretation from ~r. ~err on recommendations
previously determined concerning his two lots. 1~. Kerr explained
thst the two lots is most suitable for only one houseD but if they
are to be sold individually, they should oonform to the previously
recommended placement of buildings.
