Mr. Liebenow informed the Counoil of complain~ rega~ding parking
on private property at this location - refa~red to Trustee Olmen.
Hyde Pond
Mr. Liebenow reported that Banister ~ngineering Coo is cheoking
with the owners of p~operty adjacent to the Hyde Pond. located at
Glenarden Court and Snelling Ave.. to determine the desired
elevation with the intention of installing a riser to maintain
an elevatlono

Nazareth Hall
Dr. Sekhon. 1575 Edgewater Avenue, complained of sand from Nazareth
Hall draining onto his property - referred to Trustee O~leno
The architect for the building at Nazareth Hall WaS present at this
Council Meeting and requested permission from the Village to work
on Village property while installing fenoing. and, also. to remove
some of the hillcrests during this Instt;llation - Councl1 granted
this request.

Trustee Kennedy moved that an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 16
relating to installation of gas equipment by Northern States
Power Company, to speoify the necessary road ~epairs Caused by
such gas installation oX' relocations or repairs, be approved ~
and publishedp seconded by Trustee OImen - motion oa~ried.

'J:rus ees Kennedy and Olmen attended the meeting held at Mounds
View Village Hall on June 14, 1902, regarding the consideration
of a MUnicipal court. Trustee Kennedy gave a ~eport on this meet=
ing, stating that ths~e appeared to be no opposition. but no imme=
diets action seamed necessary.

Trustee Kennedy moved approval of the oon~truction of the above on
County Road E between Hamline and Lexingtonp Trustee Olmen seconded

Trustee Kennedy moved that a rezoning request from Mr. Cooley for
the construction of a f1lling station on New ~ighton Road. naar
New Brighton and the Farrell's farm, be referred to the Long Range
Planning and Zoning' Committee~ seoonded by ~rustee Olmen = motion
carriedo
