subject which included statistics showing the present and projeoted
popUlation and land use of Ardsn Hilla. (copy on file!),o Mr 0 Kel'!'
read and explained the report and the map. He stated that rental
space in the O~dnanoe Flant is subjeot to 30 day le3sate~mination
notice. Mr. Kerl' emphasized that Village Ordinanoes relet1ng to
indWltl'ial areas should, be flexible and the Village should plan sn(.!
study the use of industl'y in residential a~eas.

the east sida of NewBl'ighton ROad. stated that he wished to sell
this property for which he had been g:t'anted approval to build a
cabinet shOP. He proposes to sell to the Gleditsch Contracting Coo
and requested approval from the Council to permit the construction
o~ a bUildicg to house the Contracting Co. and several other small
offices.

of the equipment inVOlved.
Request for Variance of Buildin~ Code
A. T. Moore. ~~72 Lake Johanna lvd.p owner of a sizable tract of
land on the west side of Lake Johanna. requested a variance in the
set back ordinance. Mr. Moore proposes to demolish one of the fov~
structures on this property with the intention of building a home.
Three of the structures on this property are lake facing ~ the one
to be demolished is closer to Fairview Avenue. The lot would be
~~ ~ the required size. It would not be possible to build a house
with the minimum of 1000 sq. ft. and still comply with the set back
ordinanoe.
