Koza Realty Co., inquired as to the status of his request for a ~pecial use permit for property at 1680 Oak Avenue~ Trustee Kennedy reported that his Conm1ttee considered the matter and recommended that a special use permit be o:anted fol.' a three patient rest home.. The Villar,e Engineer was requested by the Council to stake out the village right of way on playground property at County Road F and Highway #10 and also the remaining village property at Hemline Avenue and county Road E. Drainage ~ Lake Johlinna Blvdo Motion by Trustee Kennedy. seconded by Trustee Olmen. that the Clerk write to Mr. Anklan requesting Ramsey County to install perforated corr- Ugated metal pipe on the west side of Lake Johanna Blvd. about 2501 south of County Rend E to co~rect e drainaGe problem - the Village of Arden Hills to Pay .the cost of such -installation from Sanitary Sewer Noo 2 Construction Fund = carried. namseu County League of Municipalities Trustee Ke:1nedy :reported on a meeting held by the above.
