a. Set public hearing date of 9127/93 to consider revocation of Liquor
License, Charlie Chung, Inc., Great Lake Restaurant, 1310 W. County
Road E.
b. Approve Resolution #93-42-Receiving the Revised Feasibility Report
and ordering a Public Hearing on the improvement in the matter of the
Arden Place Drainage Improvement of 1993,
c. Approve Resolution #93-43-Accepting Plans & Specifications and
ordering the advertisement for bids in the matter of the Arden Place
Drainage Improvement of 1993,
*** d. Execute the acceptance of final easement extension agreements from 5
of the 6 parcels on the East Shore of Lake Johanna relating to the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement project.
e. Approve final payment of $143,453.44 to T. A. Schifsky & Sons for the
1993 Pavement Management Improvement project.
. f. Change Designation of the Council Worksession day to the 3rd
Thursday of each month,
g. Approve 1993-1999 Recycling Joint Powers Agreement with Ramsey
County.
h. Set a Public Hearing date of December 20, 1993 at 7:30 pm for a
possible continuation in the "Truth. In-Taxation" hearing, and designate
a location for the hearings of December 13 & December 20 which will
be the Mounds View High School cafeteria.
i. Approve List of ClaimslPayroll.

1) Case #93-16, Recommendation to approve side and rear yard
variance, Robert & Barbara Lechner, 1151 Edgewater Avenue.
8:00 PM b. Consider Adoption of 1994 proposed levy and consider approval of
Resolution #93-41-Clarifying proposed sums of money to be levied for
levy year 1993 payable in 1994.
8:10 PM c. Discuss impact of reduction in commercial and industrial market
valuation on City's tax base,
8:15 PM d. Discuss possible assessment to affected property owners relating to the
. Arden Place Drainage improvement of 1993 and consider approval of
Resolution #93.44.Determining assessed cost of improvement and
ordering preparation of proposed assessment roll in this matter.
