SUBSECTION 1325.07
OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on June 24, 2024, Ordinance No. 2024-006 was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No.
2024-006, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the ordinances adopted by the City Council amends
and adds the following:
• Section 1325.07 is amended by adding language to Subdivision 6.A,Location for Buildings
Housing Farm Animals. This subdivision specifies exceptions to the requirements for the
Location for Buildings Housing Farm Animals to include bee hives in the R-1,R-2, and R-
3 Residential Zoning Districts.
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the
City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN
55112. The Ordinance is also available on the City's website at http://www.cilyofardenhills.com.
