!!he clerk read the minutes of the postponed special meeting held
June 18th and by motion of Mack seconded by Delange they were approved as read.
DeLange moved and Doepner seconded a motion that the following

said that in view of a letter trOll Doepner as COlU'lcilman in refereme to dedication
of a strip for planting trees as a screening of the tracks nothing flIrther was done
by him on the plat; however, he did SIlbmit to Mr. Zilliox the SIlggestion who offered
iDStead to dedicate Lot 7 of Block :1 of the proposed plat for public use, but the
council took no action.

In connection with the P1!'Oposed plat, lIa;yor Cummings referred to
])sLangs the matter of getting street grading specificati ons trOll. the county.
On the proposed plat of -Re-Arrangem.ent of :Block: 11, Arden Hills No.
3, - ](r. Carley reported that the dotted linss represent the original plat, mile
the 80lid lines refer to the proposed re-arrangement.

each reflectorized, installed; the letter was placed on f1le for possible later use.
