All members of the council were present.
Peti ti oner Frank Winiecke presented the petition signed by himself and
Joseph Modesette. Norbert Techida. Mrs. Catherine Tschida. Mrs. Mary hlaske,
Peter Malaslte, and Joe :Bu.ssard, .ich asks the council to change the following
described property from Farm 11.esidential to an Industrial District:
"All that part of the Southeast one-quarter (SEiI of the
,Southeast one-qu.arter (sEtI of Section 2l, To1ll!l 30 North,
llange 23 'l'est lying northerly of S. !" H. 100, westerly of
Snelling Ave. and easterly of S. T. H. 10 SUbject to said
S.!P.H.IO * 100 and Snelling Avenue."
Bec~se the ptition failed to set out the legal descriptions of the properties
owned by the several petitioners it was referred back: to Mr. Winiecke for the
PtLrpose of having it amended to include the same.

MinnellPolis, Mr. John J. Sexton, Chairman of the l!:a;vor's Planning and Mvisory

In the discassion it was suggested to the representatives of the Power Co.
that it provide a planting of trees, such as evergreens, to screen the sub-
station, whiCh appeared to be agreeable.
