This hearing was called by ~yor Cummings by phoned notice to consider
an oral proposal by Ralph W. Hunt and other property owners on West Skiles
Lane to blacktop their portion of that street, by benefitted property owners
paying cash in advance for the improvement.
Mayor Cummings presided at the hearing.
