COUNCIL OF TIill VILLAGE OF JU~DEN HILLS

The Meetinp; vms called to order at e: 22 P.M. by acting-
mayor, McClung,
.
ROLL CALL: Present - Mack, DeLange, lc!cClung and Ludlow
Absent - CUTI:lings
New officers were sworn in.by Walter T. Mack, trustee
as follows: Shirley D. Ludlow, as clerk, otto Graffunder as
justice of the peace, ~ Jerome T. Wasielewski as constable
and b. J. DeLange as trustee.
By motion of Mack, seconded by DeLange the following
resolution passed unanimously,
"Resolution"
WhereBf., we the council, deem it necessary that acting-
mayor, K. R. McClung, be duly authorized to sign all Village
of Arden Hills' checks in the absence of the mayor; therefore,
Resolved, That the First State Bank of New Brighton honor
any checks bearing Mr. McClung's signature as acting-mayor.
The clerk was instructed to send a copy of the above re-
solution to the First State Bank of New Brighton.
Mack then moved and DeLange seconded a motion that
K. R. McClung should continue on as acting-mayor for the year
1953. The motion carried.
DeLaRge moved the meeting be adjourned. Motion for ad-
journment was seconded by Mack. Motion carried. Meeting ad-
journed at 9:10 P.M.
