MINUTES OF SPECIAL lrIEETING
COUl'WIL OF mE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS
February 16, 1953
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor
CumminGs.
Roll Call: Present - Cummings, Mack, DeLange, LUdlow
Absent - McClung
Mr. H,D. Van Yxevelen appeared on behalf of the Minnesota
Hi~hway Department requesting approval of the layout for the
relocation of Highways # 10 and 51 throuGh the village. Rights
along the proposed road site have already been purchased by the
Highway Department.
Means of access to the highways were checked on by many
people of the village.
The council decided to defer action until the regular
council meeting on February 24th.
Delange moved that the meeting be adjourned. Ludlow second-
ed the motion. The motion carried and the meeting adjourned at
9:00 P.M.
