COUNCIL OF '['HE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS

The meeting was called to order at 7:22 P.M. in the home of
Robert Ashback by Mayor CUmMings.
Roll Call: Mc Clung, Cummings, Ashback, Ludlow present; )'.!ack
-absent. -"
The C18rk presented. the annual Financial Statement of the
Village of Arden Hills for approval by the Council. After dis-
cussion in which it was noted that the Village was now on a
firm financial basis, Ashback moved and Mc Clung seconded a
motion approving the statement for publication in the Rose
'rribune - carried.
The Mayor read a letter~unty Enginoer, Bronson, relative to
the making of surveys of road needs within cities under 5,000
population. After discussion Mc Clung moved and Ashback second-
8d a motion authorizirw the clerk to make a request for such a
survey within the village limits - carried.
Mc Clun,z Boven ann Ludlow [ceconnen a motion that the meeting be
adjourned - carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. '
