eb..com.. lowpr inst..ad of high..r. In 1951 our ass.ss..d valuation was $1.228.000.00 whil..
in 1955 it was $1,135.000.00. This was du.. to privatp industry l..aving th. Twin Citi..s
Ars..nal. Our villag- mill rat..s hay. incr..as..d slightly from 12.51 in 1951 to
16.73 in 1955 but th.. school mill rat.. has increas.d tr..mendously from 46.85 in 1951 to

cash installation cost plus and av",ragp cost of $27.00 per year s..rvic; charge.

Dr. Sekhon reported that there is contamination of som., of the Villag.. lak",s dne to
cesspool drainage.
