Tuesday, January 15, 1957
The meeting was called to order' at 7:00 P.lt. by Mayor Ashbach.
Roll Call: All Council member and Village Treasurer present.
upon motion by Delange, seconded by Winfrey, Claim #990 to pay for fire
protection for the first half of 1957 waa approved by the Council.

The annual financial statement for the village for 1956 was presented by
the Clerk. After Council discussion, Stromquist moved and Hoyt seconded
the motion tr..a t the s ta tement be approved anc published as presented in
the Rode Tribune on or before January 31, 1967. Motion passed.
Mayor Ashbach announced a meeting with neighboring suburban Councils
to be held at the Roseville Village Hall January 23, 1957.
The meeti~g was adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
