The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by Eayor Ashbach.
Roll Call: Peesent; Ashbach, Hoyt, Winfrey, stromquist
Absent; DeLange

An appeal to the Councll was :rE.de by tbe Nagele Sign Company appealing
the decision of the Appeals Eoard, which denied the company permission
to move tbe Quantrel Cadillac sign to a new location in the village. 'I'he
letter of appeal was filed with Clerk and the rratter was referred back to
tr.e Zoning Committee.
George Salitres was requested by Council to proceed according to Attorney's
request in regard to the Daly dog kennel.

SH 6plat) was given final appl'oval subject to the filing of the same deed
restrictions as filed for Shorewood Hills plat. ~otion passed.

will check procedure for building inspections in the newly annexed area

due to school detail, beach problems and other extra work in the newly

appointed Justice of tr.e Peace to fullfill the unexpired term of Glen
Peterson. I,lotion passed. Clerk to notify IVll'. Fuller and to put tJotice
of the appointment in hose Tribune.

Dr. Hoyt l'epol'ted a problem in regard to access on some property 'nest of
Lake Robanna near Lake Lane. Hoyt is to check further into the matter.
