Mayor Ashbach vms requested XE by Harry Gibson, 3240 Sandeen Road, to check into a piece of public propel'ty at tlJat location to see if the property, when improved, remains public property or if it becomes pel'sonal property of the developer. A ",etition requesting the village to improve a road leading into the proposeCl Johanna Narrows plat, and to assess the adjoining land ownel'S for the cost, was submi t;,ed by Lee Kulevnr.
