In the absence of tl1S liIayor MJll. and Acting I,layor, the meeting was called
to order at 8:20 P.M. by Trustee Winfrey.
Roll Call: Present; Winfrey, Crepeau, Strom~uist
Absent; Ashbach, Delange
}Ir. Crepeau reported that members of the Arden lUlls Spol'tsmen I s Club
and the Lake Jor..anna Improvement Assoc. borrowed a truck and cleaned the
",~ubbish and debris from the ice of Lake Jolllinna whcih had acculumated
i'rom winter activities and ice fishing.

Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist, a three year Conditional
Use Permit ~as granted Harold Grudnos~e and x John Grudnosde to allow
Ace Viood Prmducts, Inc. to build cabinets in the barn on the residential
property at 1440 Highway 96. Motion passed.
Upon motion by Crepeau, s ec onded by 'dinfrey. a 31ngo Fermi t was is sued
to the Grotto Club at 1658 Lake Johanna Blvd, with the conditions stated
in the permit as drawn up by Attorney Courtney to be enfol'ced. ~iotion
passed.
Kr. Courtney reported that a hearing was held in District Court in regard
to the easement needdd for the Grant Road project.
Mr. Courtney informed Council that he felt the Council will have to accept
plats in the newly annexed area that lllive been approved by ~ounds View
Township while that area was still part of the township.
Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by V,infrey, Clabls 1311 th1lu 1344 were
approved for payment. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 P.M.
