COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF, ARDEN HILLS

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Mayor Ashbaeh.

The Ernest Money Contract of Sale of the Village Hall by Mounds View
Townsh1pto Arden Hills Village was presented and explained by Village
Attorney Courtney. .
After discussion of the contrac~, motion was made by Crepeau, seoonded by
Stromquist that the Village Counc11 of Arden HillS has hereby authorized
the proper officials to execute on behalf of the Village, the Contract of
Sale with the Townsh1p of Mounds View on the Village Hall property. Motion
passed. .
Upon motion by Crepeau, seconded by Stromquist Claim No. /3 tis- was
approved for payment. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
