The minutes of the August 11, 1953 meeting were read and approved. . CLERK'S REPORT: Clerk announced resignation of Plumbing Inspector Oster. Sponmotion by Winfrey, seconded by Stromquist, Council appointed Clay ~elley to act as plumbing inspector for the month of September vn"ile legal requirements for inspector are chec][.ed.
