HoE Call: Present; Ashbach, DeLange, l..finfrey, Crepeau, Stromquist
Absent; None
District Engineer McCubrey and his assistant Mr. Van Krenlin of the Minne-
sota Highway Department presented the plans, specifications and maps of
the proposed Highway. Questions from interested residents were answered.
There were no objections voiced on the plans shown.
After Council discussion on the matter, motion waS made by DeLange,
seconded by Crepeau, that the attached rea:> lution givi.ng preliminary
approval for the proposed highway be Dassed. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.

WHEREAS THE Commissioner of Highways has prepared
preliminary plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway
Number 394 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number AJ) within the
corporate limits of the v~"lIr of bA. Hil18 from the

and
WHEREAS said prellIninary plans are on file in the office of
the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked,

WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled
and identified are also on file in the office of the Vi" JJlI Clerk;
and
WHEREAS the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used
in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean,
refer to, and incorporate the pre~iminary plans as in the fnregoing
recitals particularly identified and de.scribed;
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the
