The committee recommended that .$5,000.00 be paid to Maunds View when title to the Village
Hall i:!! accepted by u:!! with the baluce to be paid in :!!U: month:!!. No action taken becaU:!le of
absence of mayor. .
IJ!. regard to the liquor liceMe request of John Maclrlazek, the FinaJlce Committee recommended

in mind for Council con:!lideration. Crepeau moved, Winfrey seconded the motion that Council
accept committee recommendation re: Maciazek reque:!!t and Clerk write and :!!o Worm him.

PUBLIC SAFETY REPORT: The pre:!!ent Village dog ordinaD.ce was referred to Public Safety Com-
mittee for pos:!!ible revision.
PUBLIC WELFARE REPORT: The problem of where to store vacation trailers was referred to 1he
Public Welfare Committee.
CLERK'S REPORT: Upon motion by Winfrey, :!!econded by Stromquist, Mre. Goldren Ander:!!oll was
granted a conditional use perm! t to operate a beauty :!!hop at 1905 Glenpaul Road for a three-
year period beginning Jl!l1luary 15, 1959 and ending January 14, 196t'4 Motion paeeed.

Safety Director and Village Attorney.
