The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mayor Ashbach.
Roll call: Present; Ashbaoh, Crepeau, DeLange, Stromquist
Absent; Kennedy

Attorney Courtney, Fiscal Agent Peter Popovich and Engineer Short also present.
The svecial mwwting was called for opening bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1,
Projects 1 and 2.
The following sealed bids were opened by Clerk and read to Council.
