MINUTES OF SPEC~L MEETING
COlli CIL OF THE VILIAGE OF ARDEN HILIS
Thursday, December 29, 1960

The meeting was called to order at $;00 p.m. by Mayor ;\shbach.
ROLL CALL: Present: ;\shbach, Kennedy, Crepeau, Jones, Stromquist
Absent : None
Special meeting was called because regular meeting of December 27,
1960, was not held due to lack of a quorem.
Upon motion by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau, Claims 2592 through
2644 were approved from General Fund, claim 2370 was voided from
General fund, and claims 2641 through 2643 were approved from Fund #4.
Motion made by Crepeau, seconded by Kennedy that McGuires Liquors, Inc.
license applitations for soft drinks, cafe, cigarettes and Off Sale
malt liquor be approved for 1961. Carried.
Motion by Kennedy, seconded by Jones that license applications of
Ralph Kieffer, Mardees Inn for soft drinks, On and Off sale malt
liquors be approved for 1961. Carried.
Motion by Crepea~, seconded by Jones tha t license applies, tions of
Donald Graff for On and Off Sale Malt liquors, soft drinkS, cigarettes
and juke box be approved for 1961. Carried.
. Motion by Crepeau, seconded by Kennedy that license applications
for Big Ten Supper Club for cigarettes, soft drinks and cafe be
approved for 1961. Carr ied.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
