Pro~sed Johanna Blvd. :tmProvement Floy Bnyker, Ralllllel Count,. biDglneer, presented a revlsed plan for the Improvement; or Johanna Blvd. Mr. So,ker explained that this plan would improve the Blvd. from County RoadLto Stowe Avenue Wit;h a 28 ft. roadway and a pedestr1an~~ blcycle path on the east slde; from Stowe Avenue to COQQtl Road e,loiChe l'cadwal would be wIdened to 44 ft. There wlll be a 6 lnoh olU'bing on both sides of the improved blvd. The improve_nt would require only a few slope easements as the present right;-of_aJ' is or sufflcient wldth; the trees removed would be wlthin the right-at..aJ' and not on private propertJ'.
