Meeting was called to O1'<1e1' by Mayor Kennedy at 8:05 p.m.
Roll Call: Present - Mayor Kennedy, Trustees Nethercut, Crepeau and
Olmen, Clerk Lol'l'alne Stromqulst
Absent - Rone
Also Present - Atty. V1ncent P. Courtney, Treas. Worth G.
Read, Bulldlng Inspector Clay Kelley and Engr.

The mlnutes of the Regular Counol1 Meeting of August 31, 1904, were
approved as _ended.
Pro~sed Johanna Blvd. :tmProvement
Floy Bnyker, Ralllllel Count,. biDglneer, presented a revlsed plan for
the Improvement; or Johanna Blvd. Mr. So,ker explained that this
plan would improve the Blvd. from County RoadLto Stowe Avenue Wit;h
a 28 ft. roadway and a pedestr1an~~ blcycle path on the east slde;
from Stowe Avenue to COQQtl Road e,loiChe l'cadwal would be wIdened to
44 ft. There wlll be a 6 lnoh olU'bing on both sides of the improved
blvd. The improve_nt would require only a few slope easements as
the present right;-of_aJ' is or sufflcient wldth; the trees removed
would be wlthin the right-at..aJ' and not on private propertJ'.
Mr. SDyker stated that he bel1eved the monel' saved by uslng thls
revised plaD would be adequate to pay for 80y necessary easements
and attorDey fees involved. the Council.greed to negotlate for
these easement. under these condlt10ns.
In oomplianoe with Mr. SaJ'kertll request, the Councl1 assured him

buildlng permlt for the oonstruotlon of a warehouse buildlng which
would be the same as. the one already oonstructed, with the exception

Trustee Nethercut read the recommendation of the Plannlng Commisslon
from their mnutes of Sept. :5. 19ti4, which recommended that three
sldes be brlok exterior.
