The meeting was called to order by Mayor D. F. Kennedy at 8:10 pomo

stated that all the equipment bas now been moved South of Highway
96 so Mr. Troubough1s problem was solved. Mr. Trobaugh also reported

Atty. Gourtney reported that Mr. Husby has signed an earnest money
contract. but that Mr. Ryagaard's easement is a till pending. Clell'lr
Lorraine Stromquist is to contaot Mr. Rysgaard.

the County oannot post signs or nopen" . Village street. the County
could take over the Village street as a County road. ~~ttar referred
to the Planning Commission.

Census. Mayor Kennedyaoved that Olerk Lorraine Stromquist proceed
wlth a Speolal Oensus reque.t including pa~ent of the $135.00 appll-

Olmen also reported on oomplaints conoernlng a vaoant hOQse on the

Health Offlcer to oheok on pOSSible health hezards.

Salary Increase
Trustee Stanley Olmen was requested to make reoommendations for
salary and truck renta~ rates for Mr. Nixon at a future COQncil
meeting.

Zoning Ordlnance Amendment
Clerk Lorraine aCromquist moved the second and final readlng ot an
Ordinance amending Ord1nance Noo 18~ the Zoning Ordinance, to rezone
certain property lying north of County Road E and west of Lexington
Avenue; seoonded b.r Trustee Nethercut; motion oarried.
