The report of Village Planner, Carl Dale. relating Village long rf'nge planning to the' proposed transmission line VISS also discussed. Double Gara~e on Arden Place Mr. P. Pfei sticker, 1431 Arden Place. registered a protest to the double garf'ge being constructed at143? Arden Place by Mr. A. Wlegeleo Clerk Lorraine St~omquist read the Board of Appeals decision dated April 13, 1904. After some discussion with i!Ll'. Wiegele, Inspector Kelley and Atty. courtney. the matter WDS ,re~referred to the Board of Appeals for a possible solution which will be mutually agreeable to both parties. Postal Zone Dr. ;.1. Grotto Club Condemnation A resolution giving e resume of the Grotto Club condemnation waS submitted. to ue attached to the march 9. 19v4 Council minutes. Bonded Indebtedness Atty. courtney read the proposed resolution regarding bonded indebted- ness of property annexed by New Brighton; said resolution to be presented to the New Brighton council for action. Tax Delinquency The matter 01' a personal property tax delinquency for the 'oNegon Wheel in 1956. 19bO And 1961 waS referred to Atty. Courtney for study. Fire School Trustee Crepeau reported that he will attend a forthcoming Fire School. hadar Equipment Trade Trustee crepeau reported that the Police Department is considering trading in present radar equipment for improved radar; cost has been provided in the a9b4 budget. Welfare Corumittee Trustee Nethercut sugrested that the Council follow the recorrmendatlon of the Welfare Con~ittee that future financial support of organiza~ tions s1milar to the Little Leagues be on a pro~rata b~sls. reflecting the number of Arden Hills' residents benefitted.
