MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Village of Arden Hills
Thursday, July 13, 1967
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Nethercut at 10:15 p.m.
following a meeting with the Water Study Committee.
Roll Call: Present - Nethercut, Crepeau, Olmen, BJorndahl and
Hollenhorst.
Absent - None.

Minutes of the Water Study Committee were written separately by
the Committee and are on fIle.
Mayor Nethercut reviewed facts presented at the Committee
meeting. After discussion, motion was made by BJorndahl, seconded
by Hollenhorst, that Banister Engineering be authorized to prepare
plans and specifications for Plan A of the Proposar for water
Improvement and that Plan B plans and specifications th,

In the Improvement. Motion carried.
Motion made by BJorndahl, seconded by Olmen, that a committee
as follows be set up to obtain preliminary information required
to set a public hearing on matter: Trustee Henry Crepeau,
Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, Fisc~1 Consultant Peter Popovich,
Public Water Committee Chairman Ro~ert McNlesh and Engineer Roger
Short. Motion carried. Commlttel was requested to report back
to Council at the next meeting if possible.
Motion by Crepeau, seconded by Holtenhorst, that a special
meeting be set for ThurSday, July 27, 1967 at 8:00 p.m. to certify
the results of the special electlQn re liquor sales on Sunday
and such other business as may arise. Motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
