Library Site Attorney Courtney reported that a certified copy of the Resolution of Commitment regarding the acquisition of the Library Site had been given to Mrs. Palmer to be presented to the Ramsey County Board; Attornoy Courtney informed the Counci I that he has not heard from Mr. Eastman concerning the earnest money contract, but assumes that the Bethel Board has not met since the contract was subm I t'l"ed" Standard Station Easement Attorney Courtney stated he received a call from Mr. McDonald, Standard Oil Company, informing him that there will be a minor change In the easement on the premises of the station located on County Road E and the Freeway.
