A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO TRUNK HIGHHAY MARKED NO. 10
AS NOH LOCATED ON A PORTION OF LEXINGTON
AVENUE IN ItAHSEY COUNTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: .
Section 1. At the time when by order or other action
of the cOlll!llis$ioner of highways, trunk highway marked
No. 10, being constitut~onal route No. 62, ceases to be
located on. that portion of Lexington avenue in Ramsey .
county from Larpenteuravenue to. the northerly boundary
of the village of Rosevi11e, such portion of Lexington avenue
.
shall revert to and become a part of the county state-aid
system of highways. Minnesota Statutues, Section 161.082,
shall apply to the portion of highway herein described.
