Minutes of Joint Council and
Planning Commission Meeting
Village of Arden Hills
Monday - January 8, 1968 - 8:45

Call to Order
Mayor Bjorndahl called the meeting to oreer at 8:55 p.m.
Roll Call

Present - Mayor Bjorndahl, Councilmen Crepeau, Olmen, lIollenhorst and
Henderson; Planning Commission Chairman Larry BrodIe;
Nembers: Cadwell, Hanson, Hoffmann, McGough, Schwnacher
and Moberg
Absent - Jones and Horty.
Also Present - Village Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, Administrative
Clerk Lorraine Stromquist and Deputy Clerk Florence Honan.
Purpose of Meeting
Mayor Bjorndahl stated that the purpose of this meeting is to discuss
mutual problems concerning the Council and the Planning Commission,
and to ask the attorney to explain and clarify certain part of the
Village Ordinances.
An informal oral report was then given by Attorney Courtney, followed
by a question and answer period and general discussion between
Planning Commission members and the Village council.
Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 11:20 p.m.
