CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski called to order the
regular City Council meeting at 5:10 p,m,
Present:
Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Councilmembers David Grant, Lois Rem
(Arrived 5:20 PM), and Brenda Holden,
Absent:
Councilmember Gregg Larson
Also present were City Administrator, Michelle Wolfe; City Attorney, Jerry Filla; Finance
Director/Treasurer, Murtuza Siddiqui; Assistant to City Manager, Schawl1 Johnson

APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA
MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a
motion to approve the meeting agenda, The motion carried unanimously
(Approved 3-0 by Aplikowski, Grant, and Holden)
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
No minutes were approved at this meeting
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
No items on the consent agenda

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Mayor Aplikowski adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting meeting at 5:15 p,m, The City
Council then moved to a closed session meeting to discuss a personnel matter.
City Attorney Jerry Filla announced that the personnel matter in which we are discussing on
July 25, 2005, is the subject of an active investigation, Therefore, pursuant to Minnesota State
Statue 13D.05, Subd , 2, a City Council meeting at which this issue is being discussed must be a
closed session meeting,
