Gray Henderson and Ronald Herrick Absent: Councilman John Hol ilenhorst Also Present: Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist and Village Engineer Donald Lund Mayor Crepeau explained that the meeting was called for the purpose of considering a new hearing to adjust certain assessments levied on Sanitary Sewer 12 and 13. Sanitary Sewer Improvement 12 and 13 Adjustment Requests Engineer Lund reported on various requests for adjustments to assess- ments for San i tary Sewer No. 112 and J3p as levied by the Council on September 28, 1970, After discussing some It was determined by the Council that the requests should be considered a public hearing. Motion was made by Councilman Herrick, seconded by Councilman Olmen, that a supplemental assessment hearing be held, as per attached re- solution, on Monday, November 30, 1970 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Ha! Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Arden Hills, County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills4 Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held i.n the Village Hall in said Village on '!hursday, the 29th day of october, 1970, at 11:00 o'clock a. m. '!he fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Henderson, Olmen and Herrick, and the following were absent: Councilman Hbllenhorst. Councilman HArrirk introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO A HEARING ON REASSESSMENT AND SUPPLEMENTAL ASSESS- MENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 and 13. WHEREAS, on August 10, 1970, the Village Council set a date for a hearing on the original assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13, and in accordance with the Statute relating thereto duly called and held said hearing on the 28th day of September, 1970, and sUbsequent to said hearing said Village Council adopted a resolution dated September 28, 1970, adopting said assessment. . WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S. 429.071 the Village Council may make , supplementary assessments to correct omissions, errors or mistakes " in the original assessment and , WHEREAS, the Village Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills has a roll of the property owners in said Village affected, -~ A .. . ... . N014 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: 1. Pursuant to M. S. 429.071, in order to dispose of the matters above mentioned, a hearing shall be held on the 30th day of November, 1970, in the V111age Hall, at 8:00 o'clock p. m., to pass upon suCh proposed supplemental reassessment, and at such time and place all persons owning property affec- ted thereby will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto. 2. ~e Village Clerk Administrator is hereby directed to cause notice of said reassessment and supplemental assessment hearing to be pUblished once in the official newspaper of said Village at least two weeks prior to the hearing, stating in said notice the pertinent statutory required data, and as otherwise provided by M. S. 429.071 relating to personal or mailed notice. ~e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Olmen . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: a II present and the following voted against the same: none whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. . .
