REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MONDAY, JANUARY 13,2003,7:00 P.M.

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski called to
order the Regular City Council Meeting at 7:02 p.m.
Present:
Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Council Members David Grant,
Brenda Holden, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem.

Absent:
None.
Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Director of Community
Services, Aaron Parrish; Director of Operation & Maintenance, Thomas
Moore; City Engineer, Greg Brown; Building Official, Dave Scherbel;
Personnel/Deputy Clerk, Cynthia Young; and Recording Secretary,
Kathleen Altman.
1. APPROV AL OF MEETING AGENDA
MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Rem
seconded a motion to adopt the agenda for the January 13,
2003, Regular City Council Meeting. The motion carried
unanimously (4-0).
2. APPROV AL OF MINUTES
A. December 15, 2002 Special Council Meeting
B. January 7,2003 Special Council Meeting
. C. January 8, 2003 Special Council Meeting
City Administrator Lynch requested the following changes: None.
