CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MARCH 27, 2000
6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Gregg Larson called to order a
Closed Executive Session at 6:35.m.
Present:
Acting Mayor Gregg Larson; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski
and Lois Rem, with Councilmember David Grant arriving at 6:53 p.m.
Absent:
Mayor Dennis Probst.
Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Public Works Director, Dwayne
Stafford, Parks and Recreation Director, Tom Moore; and Labor Relations Associates,
Inc. representative, Ann Antonsen.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
The purpose of the meeting was to consider Local 49 union contract negotiations.
ADOPT AGENDA
MOTION:
Council member Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded the
motion to hold an Executive Closed Session of the Arden Hills City Council to
discuss union contract negotiations (3-0).
There was no action taken.
RECESS
MOTION:
Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a
motion to recess the City Council Closed Executive Session at 7:22 p.m.,
and reconvene at 7:30 p.m. for the regularly scheduled City Council
eting (4-0).
