RESOLUTION NO. 2025-013
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING THE SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has prepared plans and specifications for
Improvement Project No. PW-25-0102, 2025 Park Improvement Project for Freeway Park and
Arden Oaks Park. The plans and specifications have been presented to the council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City's Consultant shall conduct the solicitation for quotes upon the making of such
improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The solicitation for quotes
will be extended for 21 days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that the
quotes will be received by the City's Consultant until 11:00 a.m.on Wednesday,March
5, 2025. The received quotes will then be tabulated, and will be considered by the
council at 7:00 p.m. on March 10, 2025, in the council chambers of the city hall. Any
bidder whose responsibility is questioned during the consideration of the bid will be
given an opportunity to address the council on the issue of responsibility.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
