RESOLUTION NO. 2025-017
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE 2025 CIPP LINING PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 2025 CIPP Lining Project, bids were
received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:
Hydro-Klean,LLC $297,359.15
Visu-Sewer,LLC $311,031.00
Insituform Technologies USA,LLC $331,233.87
and; SAK Construction,LLC $396,876.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Hydro-Klean, LLC of Des Moines, Iowa, is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MINNESOTA:
I. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract
with Hydro-Klean,LLC of Des Moines,Iowa in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the 2025
CIPP Lining Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits,
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder
shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS LOTH
DAY OF FEBRUARY,2025.
