Call to Order
The meetinq was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Crepeau.
Roll Call
Present:
Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Counci Imen Olmen,
Hollenhorst, Crichton and Herrick.
Absent:
None.
Also Present: Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh, Engineer
lund, Fiscal Consultant Peter Popovich.
PUBLIC HEARIN~ - WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1
Mayor Crepeau opened the public hea,lng at 7:05 p.m. (minutes
of hearing attached to Resolution No. 73-32).
After it was determined that al I questions and comments had been
heard, the hearing was closed at 7:17 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARIN~ - STREET IMPPOVEMENT NO. 72-3
Mayor Crepeau opened the public hearlnr at 7:18 p.m. (mInutes
of hearing attached to Resolution No. 73-33).
After It was determined that all questions and comments had been
heard, the hearinq was closed at 8:50 p.m.
Ho!lenhorst moved the adoption of Resolution No. 73-32, Resolution
Adopting and Conflrminq Assessments for Water Improvement No. 72-1.
Motion seconded by Councilman Herrick; the motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Hollenhorst moved the adoption of Resolution No. 73-33,
Adoptino and Confirming Assessments for Street Improvement No. 72-3.
The motion was seconded by Counci Iman Olmen; motion carried unan-
imously.
Adiournment
The meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
