Mr.. Hollenhorstrevlewed the Board of Appeels recommendations. dated
March 27, 1973. the Planning Commission recommendation of April 3.
1973. and a letter from Mr. Quale.

After discussion. Hol!enhorst moved that the Council approve the roof
sign In accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Ap.peals;
sign to be 10' x 821. attached to, but not to extend above the height
of tho olevator housing; sign to ba lighted and vl.lble only from tho
north. Motion we. seconded by Crichton and carrhtd unanImously,
Mr. Quale assured the Council that the present McGulres sign will be
removed as soon as possible.

Remsey County, re the proposed ditching along County Roed F and Old
Hlgh~ey 10. Mr. Arcand advls.d that the ditch along Highway 10 would
have to be on the Inside of the fence, and that the Village had re-
quested the filling of the County Road F ditch a f.w years ago; the
County will not dig 11' out now,
