The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of February 26, 1973, were

A contractor, hired to remove Oak Wilt Infected trees from the Lawson
and Horty properties, 3400 and 3420 Gienerden Road. explained the diffi-
cult tree removal probl~ms on these sites, and requested Council approval
of a burning perm!~ to burn the brush, consisting of branches up to throe
inChes In d!Qmot9r~
The contractor was referred to the State Fire Marsha! to obtain a burning
po~mlt app~lcetlon, which Is to be submitted to Minnesota PoOYutlon Con-
tro~. The Council 9xpl~lned that If permission Is granted by Minnesota
Pollution Control, tho application may then be con~ldered by the Arden

TEMPORARY SPECIAL USE PERMIT
CASE NO. 72-58
The undersigned, Acting Clerk-Administrator of the
Village of Arden Hills, does hereby certi fy that this Tempor-
ary Special Use Permit is granted pursuant to the provisions
of Ordinance No. 99 of Arden Hi lis in accordance with a publIc
hearing duly held by the Planning Commission on January 9,
1973 and subsequent approval thereof by the Arden Hi lis
Counci I on March 12, 1973.
Permission is accordingly given for the installation of
a 1,000 gallon propane tank on surface mounts, with a protec-
tive fence, as described, and in accordance with plans sub-
mltted by the applicant, International Paper Company, at 1300
Red Fox Road, in Arden Hi lis, which property is legally
described as follows, to-wit:
The N. t of the N.W. ! of the S.E. ! of Sec. 27,
T. 30, R. 23, except the Northerly 240 feet of
the Easterl y 150 feet.
This Temporary Special Use Permit is Issued for Instal-
lation of the above-described tank at this time, pending Councl I
approval of plans for burial of the tank or landscaping plans.
in the spring of 1973, at which time a Special Use Permit
wi II be issued.
