Ramsey County Open Space Project - Mr. Larry Holmberg A review of the proposed 191 acre open spuce project In Arden Hills was presented by Mr. Holmberg. Project Planner, Ramsey County Open Space System. and a map of the proposed land acquisition was shown. which Includes four0~lsting hONes. Mr. Holmberg stated that these homes mey remain a$ long as the home owners desire; the home owners will not be fo~cod to move. He saId that the County proposes to acquire the vacant land as soon as possible; eventually these four homes shou~d ~lso be included In the park system. M~5.
