Approval of Minutes The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of December II, 1972, were approved as amended. James Adams and Twin Parks, Inc. , requested Council approval of the Issuance of sanltarv sewer permiTS, bef,ore January I, 1973, for the additional 200 mob I Ie home pads to be constructed in the Arden Manor Mobile Home Court. Attor .conslderable discussion, R. Herrick moved, seconded by J. !to Ilen- horst~ that the YI~Uage Issue sanitary sew.r permits for the 200 mobile home ~nlts, as of December 26, ~972, to Twin Parks, Inc. In further discussion, the Councl! determined that the Village should be held harmless If additional costs ara Imposed ..e the Issuance of these permits at this time, and that no construction shoul~ be permitted unt II the Special Use Permit fol' the development.ls Issued. R. Herrick amended his motion by adding the following: any additional charges imposed by the Metro Sewer Board re Twin Parks, Inc., will be re-submltted to Twin Parks, One., for reimbursement to the VJ Ilage. . The amended motion was seconded by J. Holienhorst and carried unanlmouely. 1: 'J' Attorney Copeland stated that they (Mr. and Mrs. Adams and/or Twin Parks, , i nc.) II I!
