At the Annual V'rUageElectlon of the VII hlge of Arden Hilts In
,thfl County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, held at the Village
of Arden Hllls,Pre'cl,nct I. Precinct 2 and PrecInct 3. being the
places where Itwasdlrectod to be held by the Village Council
!!lfter g I v I ng duenotl ce thereof as prov I ded by law, on the '7th
day of November, 1972, the election boards, as attached. being
qualified voters of said Village, to act as Judges of such EI.ctlon,
and one qualltted voter of said Village to act as ChaIrman for each
precinct of such Election. each of whom had within twent,y days
before such time designated Bnd appointed by the VIllage Council to
act aa Judges and Chairmen respectlvel, of such ElectIon, each of
them duly took and subscribed an oath to faithfully discharge the
. duties requ'lrad of them at such Election; and the said Judges and
Chairmen being duly qualified. forthwith opened the polls by proclam-
ation, and the Election proceeded by ballot without adJournment or
Intermission until closed.
The subJects voted on at such Election. as stated In the NotIce
thereof, were:
To Elect: one Councilman for a term of three years
one Justice of the Peace for a term of two years
At 8:00 o'clock In the afternoon of saId day the polls were closed.
The Judges then proceeded to publicly count and canvass the votes,
and a true'statement thereof was duly proclaimed to the voter. by
the Clerk Administrator wbo recorded the same In the Village Minute
Book.
