No. 72-4 . apprDvlng the Highway Department Plans; seconded by G.
Henderson. Mot!on carried unanlmous!y.

O. Christoffersen advised the Council that the Village of Arden Hllis
has an approved comprehensive plan and that no action Is required re
the Pollution Control Agency letter of January ~9. 1972.

Gale Circle - FIll Project
D. Cnrlstofversen reported that the flOU has been placed on Gale
Circle, as specified, at a cost of $1,444.50; the project has been
inspected and Is satlsf~ctory.
