Mr. McRae briefly reviewed the pian presented by Ward Henson. He
described axl5tlng and future traffic patterns, existing and future
traffic volume and detailed what the Highway Dept. 'elt would be
accomplished by construction 01 the prorosed Interchange at Highway 51
and Snelling ~venue. .

Mayor Crepeau presented a 85 page petition, signed by Arden Hills
rasidBnts asking the Vlnnesote Highway Dept. to consider the followlnp
suggestions before highway reconstruction plans are finalized:
ill The Intersection of County Roed E and T.H. 58 be upgraded
to ~ full cloverleaf.
