RESOLUTION NO. 2025-025
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE 2026 PMP STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Program for the City of Arden Hills identifies
potential street and utility improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets:
Karth Lake Dr.;
Pleasant Drive(between south and north cul-de-sacs);
Pleasant Dr. (Amble Dr. to south cul-de-sac);
Pleasant Circle;
Amble Drive(Karth Lake Dr to Lexington Avenue);
Karth Lake Circle;
Cummings Park Drive;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ARDEN HILLS MINNESOTA:
That the proposed improvement stated above shall be referred to as the 2026 PMP
(Pavement Management Program) Street & Utility Improvements Project for study and that
the Public Works Director/City Engineer is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of
the improvement as recommended.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS LOTH DAY OF MARCH, 2025.
