WORKSESSION
MONDAY, MARCH 29,1999
9:30 P.M. - CITY HALL, 4364 WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the City Council
Worksession at 9:55 p.m. Present were Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Gregg Larson,
Paul Malone, and Lois Rem; and City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger.
DISCUSSION ITEMS
1999 Committee Structure
The City Council discussed a variety of topics related to the purpose of and the use of
committees as part of governmental operations. Specifically, the City Council addressed the
number and types of committees to utilize for the remainder of 1999.
Staff was directed to prepare a summary of the meeting for discussion for a Special Worksession
meeting to be scheduled for April 5, 1999 at 6:30 p.m.
ADJOURN
. MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded
a motion to adjourn the meeting at II :50 p.m. The motion carried
unanimously (5-0).
