In discussion, Ludlows brief Iy reviewed content of the easement agree-
ments; Council exp ressed some con ce rn re porti on of existing driveway
easemen-r shown on property south of the R. L.S ., and that easement for

Council requested that Ludlows contact other property owners along
Snelling Avenue re their agreement to the tu rn -back of r.o.w. as pro-
posed.
In discussion of sewer ava I lab i II ty to the four building lots In the
R.L.S. , Lud lows advised th:lt they understand that when houses are con-
structed on these lots, i-h(ey must be connocted to the City sanitary
sewer system.
Feyerelsen reported that he met with ~lrs . Ludlow re park dedication

Fredlund reported that the Planning Commission recommends that an ad hoc
committee be appointed to review the Vi llage sign ordinance, recommend-
ing Board of Appeals Chairperson Marge Erickson as a member; a I so recom-
mending that Naegele Outdoor Advertising be Involved In discussion; ad
hoc committee recommendations to be reviewed by the Planning Commission
for recommendations to the Counci I .
After discussion. CounGi I deferred appointment of ad hoc committee unti I
meeting of November 24, 1975; Wingert to contact PI~nning Commission
members Interested in serving on this 3-member Counci I ad hoc committee.

(comprising approximately 98 signatures) requesting a street light at

Comprehensive Plan Rev i ew
Fredlund distributed amended population eSTimates and comparison of
. percentage of housing types, to replace corresponding data on pages
20 and 21 of Comprehensive Plan.
Fredlund referred Counci! -1-0 5mended Land Use Plan, depicting changes
no're d at Council Meeting of 8-18-75.
In review of the Amended Land Use Plan, Fredlund was requested to make
the following changes:
1. Archery area ;n arsenal - delete boundary line.
2 . Ka rth Lake - show density to lake (delete g ree n space a roun d
lake) .
3. Show Twin Clt'! Christian Homes proposed development as seml-
