MINUTES OF SPECIAL COUNCil MEETING

Ca II to Order
Mayor Linebarger called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Roll Call
Present - Elected and Administrative representatives of Rosevllle,
Arden Hills. Rice Creek Watersh~d District Board of
Managers and Ramsey County.
Discussion centered on the Lake Johanna Watershed Are~ and County
Ditch No.4 In particular. as It affects Rosevllle and Arden Hills
drainage. Rice Creek Watershed's responsibility and function concerning
ditches and lakes was described.
A committee was formed. consisting of Crichton (Arden Hills).' Anklan
(Ramsey County) and Honchell (Rosevllle) to meet on the 4th Wednesday
of ~ach month with Rice Creek Watershed District Board of Managers
re progress of the Lake Johanna Watershed study.
Meeting adjourned at 10:45 p.m.
