CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA
SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 22, 1997
2:30 P.M. - ARMY RESERVE CENTER, 4655 NORTH LEXINGTON AVENUE
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Probst called to order the Special City
Council meeting at 2:30 p,m.
Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Susan Keirn and
Paul Malone; City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger; Community Development
Director, Kevin Ringwald; Parks and Recreation Director, Cynthia Walsh; and
Public Works Superintendent, Dwayne Stafford.
Absent: Councilmember, Dale Hicks,
PROPOSED CONSULTING ENGINEER INTERVIEWS
The City Council conducted interviews for consulting engineering services. The four firms
interviewed included:
McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc.
Howard R Green Company
BRW,lnc,
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc,
Upon conclusion of the interviews, the City Council discussed the process for making a selection
and conducting reference checks,
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting as adjourned at 6:45 p,m, by Mayor Probst.
